About Sifted
Sifted is provided by AI for All, LLC (“Sifted,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Sifted helps you import, organize, adapt, shop for, and cook recipes. Contact us at matt@siftedchef.com.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, activity under your account, and maintaining access to your sign-in method. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Sifted unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the service’s operation.
- Attempt to bypass limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as allowed by law.
- Use automated means that place an unreasonable burden on Sifted.
- Submit content you do not have the right to use.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Sifted for you.
Recipes and images imported from third-party websites remain subject to the rights of their original creators. Sifted preserves source attribution, but you are responsible for using third-party content in accordance with applicable law and the source’s terms.
Food, nutrition, and AI information
Recipes, cooking guidance, nutrition estimates, substitutions, and AI-generated or AI-assisted content are provided for general informational purposes. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for food safety, allergies, dietary restrictions, ingredient suitability, cooking temperatures, and verifying results before relying on them. Sifted is not medical or nutritional advice.
Free and paid features
Sifted may offer free features, trials, subscriptions, or other paid services. Availability, limits, and pricing may change. Before any purchase, we will display the applicable price, billing period, and renewal terms. App-store purchases are also governed by the relevant store’s terms and billing policies.
Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as Sifted evolves. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some imports depend on third-party websites and may stop working when those services change or restrict access.
Termination
You may stop using Sifted and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sifted is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. AI for All, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Sifted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Sifted will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to a different mandatory forum under applicable law will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms as Sifted changes. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
